Type of a scam Romance

I met a man named Christopher on Tinder. He immediately wanted to get off Tinder and text. He came on hot and heavy, which is a huge red flag. He also tried to talk me into an investment very early on. I shut that down. Then he said he was trying to get a $15 million contract on an oil rig in the Gulf of Mexico. Oil rigs are a common theme in scams . He won the contract, he said, and the next day headed off to the rig. When he got there, he said he couldn't access his bank account. Could I send him $6,000 so he could pay his suppliers? I told him I have no money. So he gives me access to his bank account. Following is the info regarding his bank account: https://www.xeonbank.com, username: ethanny637, pw: honesty11 He asked me to send money to the following people: $63,000 for Scaffolding was sent to Declan Aririka Nwonu, Swift Code: NRTHUS33XXX, Acct #: 4343275792, Bank Name: TD Bank, 19199 South Dixie Highway, Cutler Bay, Fla 33157

Also sent $497,690 for Equipment to: Sally Ann Mcdougall, Falls Catholic Credit Union, 33 Graham Rd., Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44223, Savings Acct #: 02162000, Routing #: 241278109

I saw on a scammer web site that another woman was corresponding with the same person -- same name (names), same story, same everything. He starts out saying he is Christopher, and then he says his name is Ethan Duffey. It wasn't until I got into his bank account that I saw his name listed there as Ethan Duffey Davies. He said he's from Ghent, Belgium, and was widowed three years ago. When I confronted him, he said his ex was maligning him online. He had forgotten he told me his ex was dead. whoops. He sent a bunch of pictures, but he used Nextplus Photo Viewer to send his photos, so I can't put them in the Google search engine. I think he's new to the scammer biz, and he doesn't seem very smart. My guess is he is in Turkey, but who knows? Thankfully I was smart enough to not give him any money, but I know he will try this again with others. He has no FB page, and when I searched for him online I couldn't find him on 411.com or other sites like it.
