I was looking for a property for my nephew in Watford, ON. I went to the Mitula website. I saw a house that I thought that he would be interested in. When he called they asked him all kinds of personal questions. I cannot find the company called Estates in Canada. I believe that this is just a scam to get your identity info.

I own rental property for which I am very fortunate to have excellent renters. One of my tenants found an ad on www.estatesincanada.ca with the property that they are living in. They asked me if I had listed this ad. I had no knowledge of this listing nor have I ever heard of the website.

When I looked at the ad, it is the exact wording I used when the property was listed 3 years ago. However, they deleted my contact info and name and changed the rental rate to a lower amount.
