My son found a large teddy bear for $21.99. I looked up essentialify.com and didn't see any negative ratings or fraudulent warnings. I ordered the teddy bear on March 21, 2023 and have tried to use the 'chat' they have on their website and have not received a response. However, after the first time I reached out, they suddenly charged my card for $21.99 so I know they got the message. It is now April 7th and I have chatted, emailed and called them and have not heard back. It is a small amount of money so I don't care about that as much as I would like people to know they are not a legitimate company.
