I was contacted by phone by a company called Beach Property Management who asked if I wanted to sell my time share. I said yes and all other transactions were through Escrow Solutions inc. They made me a offer that was supposed to be from Modelo, a Mexican beer manufacture who wanted to buy several properties. I called ScamPulse.com and was told there were no complaints or warnings on Escrow solutions. I then started receiving emails from Escrow Services Mexico, USA, and Canada which was supposed to be an offshoot of Santarder Bank. I contacted Santander Bank USA and they never got back to me that this company was a fraud. I was asked to send bu wire, taxes and transfer fees of over $7000. Stupidly I did. The sale and all correspondence were frauds.
