I was shipped and charged for a product that I did not order. It had to be some glitch in their system. The company refuses to issue a refund unless I personally pay to have the product returned back to them which would be almost half of the cost of the product that I was charged for. It's not even that the amount is that much it is that I have spent countless hours trying to get it resolved and even a supervisor will not make this right. They also signed me up for a subscription for something that I did order without my consent and I had to pay to return those items that I didn't sign up for. 2 separate issues with no help from the company. Buyers beware!!!
