E.S Investments, Inc, E.S Real Estate Consortium, and CLC Loan Construction is headed by president Aneaka English. Aneaka English and her staff of Taso R. Saunders and John Porcher are preforming real estate fraud on over 14 investors to include myself. More than 7 of these people are active duty or retired military members. We all have done real estate investment deals with her on signed contracts for real estate private lending 60-90 days which are suppose to be secured by real estate and she has broken her own contracts timelines and refuse to return investors' money. Several of the investors have also done fix and flip type of real estate deals with her and her company where the investor invests a certain amount of money and her company is suppose to locate the property, help finance the deal, rehab the deal, and sell the property. The investor is suppose to get their money back in addition to the profit she says the investor will get from the deal. Aneaka English has taken investors' money and has not returned their money even after she could not perform the services she promised. There are currently two law suits against her and her company for Fraud. She has not returned over $500,000 of investors' money that i am personally aware of. Aneaka English and her staff has over $100,000 of my personal money that has been overdue for months after breaching her own contracts and she refuses to return my money. She promised to return investors' money by sending out checks which never arrived but when she needed to send out her letters for extending contracts they arrived with no problem. She was also telling me that she was sending out certified letter/checks with tracking numbers that do not work, and promising wires that never come through or it always seems to have a problem with her bank. She promised investors these things week after week and month after month but nothing comes. Aneaka English use stall tactics to delay investors from taking action against her. These investor who I am in direct contact with has suffered a lot of hardships from her not returning our money. Some investors had to move out of their homes, had a huge decrease in credit scores, and can't pay their bills on time. Aneaka English and staff has some of these peoples life savings and the longer she is taking advantage of these investors the more hardship they are enduring. I am personally an Air Force Veteran with 22 years of service and Aneake English has defrauded me of over $100,000 of my life savings which I was going to use for my transitioning out of the military. Now my credit score has dropped over 100 points and I can't afford to pay my bills and close to filing bankruptcy. E.S Investments Inc and Aneaka English need to be stopped so they don't take advantage of any other veterans. I am in direct contact with over 14 other investors that are in the same situation as myself. Please contact me if you need additional information.
