I clicked on a "*** notification" in my email and a "microsoft warning" message popped u saying that a malicious spyware was detected. I called the 1-844 number on the screen and the guy who identified himself as a microsoft certified tech said my computer is being hacked and remotely downloaded some apps. I was getting more and more suspicious, and it wasn't long before he showed me the page of cisco firewall available for "purchase". I told him I have to speak with my husband first and asked for call back number and his name. This guy with heavy Indian accent said his name is "Eric Miller".
