Timeshare sale refund not returned after promise

I was trying to sell my timeshare. He said if not sold he would refund the money. I have been calling him and texting for a long time and no answer. His message is still working but he does not return calls or texts.

ERBT Sales and Mike Porter took $1650 and won't refund

The company is ERBT Sales the employee is Mike Porter, there is no other phone number to contact this company, they sell your timeshare, up front they say no charge and they list it, I got a buyer they asked me to pay fee of $1650.00 but the buyer if she was real person, backed out of sale and Mike Porter will not give me back my money of $1650.00 he keeps telling me it's coming but it is not because he is the scammer and he won't answer any of my calls and I text and call him everyday with no response back, do not use this company they do not use a Licensed Broker they use a Advertising Service, I feel like they are all in on this scam together and or scamming many people they need to be arrested and next I get a lawyer to turn this company in and Mike Porter I will press charges on all of them

I used ERBT Sales to sell my timeshare and paid them $1650.00. Later decided to cancel the service. I was told I had to wait 180 day to get a refund. After waiting 180 days, I didn’t receive anything. Tried to contact the sale associate by phone and email but no answer. The contact persons name is Mike Porter.
