Mistakenly contacted this outfit believing they were actually the Epson company. Asked to investigate 0x97 printer error, the technician ran a phony "scan" of my computer to show me that my network was infected and deleted printer drivers. Stated that I must purchase a network encryption plan ranging from $300 to $1,000 because I didn't have a firewall. Transferred call to a supposed technician for Geek Studio to administer plan. When I questioned the need for this, the person became annoyed and hung up. I hope others can be protected from this deceit.
