I ordered two Epi Coolers for $241.96 on 5/29. Finally on 6/19, I broke down and bought an air conditioner from the store because I couldn't handle the heat because of my COPD. I called Epi Coolers "customer service" and cancelled my order that same day. The lady stated that my "refund request" had been submitted and I clearly said that I wanted the whole order cancelled because it still had not even been shipped yet. She said I would receive an email confirming my cancellation. Four days later, 6/24, I received an email stating my order had been shipped!! I have since then called and called trying to get my money back! I even filed a claim through my card holder. I am a single middle aged woman with a lot of health issues just trying to survive and make it from paycheck to paycheck and what is happening should be illegal and someone should be arrested because they are STEALING from good, honest, hard working people and the last time I checked, robbery was a crime in the United States.
