I responded to an ad on Fox News Website for Count Keto Gummies sold by Medical VP Supplements. I only intended on purchasing 1 bottle for a price of $49.00 on 1/9/2025, however I was charged $197.00 for 5 bottles. I contacted the company and told them that was not what I ordered, and they told me it was too late to cancel the order on the same day it was placed. I returned the package after I received it on 1/23/2025 and returned it on 1/25/2025 with a RA number they provided. Today 2/6/2025 I received another do not reply email from the company showing another shipment would be processed on 2/9/2025. After 5 attempts of contacting the company, phone kept disconnecting me I finally got ahold of someone to find out where my credit of $197.00 is. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and am waiting for a resolution credit from Medical VP. They tried to be giving me an additional 35% discount to continue orders. I don't believe they are a legitimate company!!
