I first filled out an application and did a card payment with IVS GOVT ASSIST, when they notified me of additional $139 (?) charge from the federal government. I disputed the charge with my CHASE VISA card fraud dept. Still in progress. IVS charged me but failed to disclose the additional federal government payment. Now, there's ENTRY LLC (a related company) is emailing saying I didn't pay. Google search and other search engines should be flagging this websites that don't disclose hidden fees.

I was trying to renew my passport online and inadvertently ended up on their very misleading website. I thought I was dealing with the government, but when I got the email receipt, it then said I would have to pay an additional $130 to the government to get my passport. That's when I realized I had been scammed. I emailed them minutes later attempting a cancellation and refund but it's doubtful this will be successful. I used a quick google search and realized too late that IVS.US is not legit.

I typed in [email protected] and was directed to their site. I entered all my information thinking I was on the State site. Once submitted I had realized my mistake but it was too late. They charged their fee to my Credit Card but my credit card company questioned it and we refused Entry LLC's request for payment. We canceled that card and contacted our bank. They have all my information.

Website does not say it's third party. I thought I was renewing my passport online. Filled out paperwork and they never delivered anything.

I went to USPS.com/scheduler and was taken to a site to renew my passport. I thought I was just getting my passport renewed. When I went to the post office to ask questions they told me it was a scam and report it to my bank and to this site. I have since tried to go back to that site and I get the regular post office site. The lady's at the post office said those scammers get a lot of people.

Googled passport renewal, received email from Entry LLC Government Agency - it's not a government agency, it's an Imposter Global Entry Phishing and Identity Theft Scam. Now they have all of my PPI, a photo and credit card information.
