I'm with a car dealership and we have a 92 Cadillac Allante with a 4.5 Liter Engine that had issues with the block. We found the website remanufactured.com and thought it was a good choice to get the engine rebuilt. We went through a whole long process of getting the engine prepped and shipped. We paid $3,185 up front to pay for shipping two ways, and the rebuild service. I was supposed to have an 8-week turn around time, but that time came and went. We sent the engine out on June 25th, 2020, and I last received an email that we would be receiving the engine soon on March 1st, 2021. I have lost contact. I've tried multiple numbers, I've tried multiple emails.

Today we contacted another local shop in Merriville, IN and the guy knew exactly who Engines LLC was, and even drove to the address they had listed to find it is a UPS store (must be a PO Box in the store). He said that the product we sent was most likely gone.
