I tried to order a gasket seal for my pathfinder. they said they couldn't verify my billing address. i tried twice and nothing, few mins later i get two notifications saying that the total been debited from my account twice and i never received an email or my order.

I purchased a timing belt kit, including a hydraulic timing belt tensioner, from Engine Parts Only in June of 2021 and installed it on my 2001 Mitsubishi Montero XLS. Until February of this year, I put about 6,000 miles on the repair and the hydraulic timing belt tensioner failed. The part and labor are going to run about $600, but only because the water pump and belt are in pretty good shape. I will never source parts from this seller again. They advertise that they save money, but they cost more than they save. A lousy product is no savings and actually costs much more its price in the long run.

Yes, that's right, they are scammers. I never received my $14.92 intake phenum that I ordered on 05/25/21. These [censored]bags are Truly Scammers. Death to them All

I ordered pistons for my 2004 Pontiac Grand AM. I never received the pistons but they took the money off my credit card. I call them several times and email them also and I never got a response. They would hang up on me when I ask about a refund and I called again and then someone told me the only way I can get a refund I had to pay for a voucher before I can get a refund. So I called my credit card company and they gave me my money back. Please let everybody know about this company if they try to order anything from them.

EnginePartsOnly.com is an parts site to get parts for your car. Here is their SCAM. You can buy any part you want - they ALWAYS have everything - why? Because whatever you order they then send you the wrong part. They do this on purpose because when you ask to return they absolutely agree to take the return BUT...Here is the great part of their scam - They charge you 20% to take the part back that they sent incorrectly!

So - You buy a part for $100. When you return the wrong part THEY SENT you they charge you $20 and only credit you back $80. Now you have to pay more to get the correct part.

They don't show you their return policy when you are ready to purchase - only AFTER you purchase.

This is the biggest SCAM out there and they are getting away with our hard earned dollars on this SCAM.

Buyer BEWARE!

I ordered a kit to repair my car and my card was charged almost immediately and the kit arrived a couple of days later. It was not even close to what I ordered. I was able to contact the company at the umber on the website and was told they had received the returned parts (verified by the tracking number). Regarding a refund I was told that it would take up to 30 days. It's now been that long and when I try to contact them the various phone numbers are not answering.

I found some parts I needed for my Mazda through a google search, this company came up with the set I needed. I completed a purchase with my credit card through their website and my card was charged. After one week I had never received a shipping confirmation so I emailed the provided address and called both the provided numbers. Both numbers were unreachable and no response via email. After doing some research on the company I discovered they have scammed many people. I canceled my credit card and reported the charge as fraudulent with my bank. The next business day my money was refunded from the company with no explanation. Though my issue was resolved, I am certain this company is fake and scamming people out of money.
