This company presents itself as legit but it’s fraud or a scam. They make it impossible to return a product although they provide that guarantee. One orders from one’s own country but the return is international. Postal companies can not return lithium batteries internationally and they refuse to give a domestic address even though the product is shipped initially domestically. They refuse to respond to emails and they do not answer the phone rather leave you listening to music.

I tried to order ONE language translator but when i pushed the pay button, it defaulted to FOUR. Immediately called their customer service #, explained what happened, & was told she could see i had just placed the order & would change my order to ONE item. I was charged $316 & asked what the new charge would be on my credit card. I was told $ 103. FIVE MINUTES LATER, i get an email saying my order could not be changed because it had ALREADY left the warehouse & was shipped. I called back to let them know that was a lie & asked how to get a refund. They send these detailed instructions which said i had ONE WEEK to het the product back to them. The return address label was LITHUANIA !!!! I went to the PO, was told i had to fill out custom forms, & pay $300 to return these 4 translators i^ a well-packed shoebox!!! They are counting on the customer keeping the product with that outrageous return fee. I ALWAYS read reviews before purchases but THIS TIME i didn't. I eventually read 25 reviews & they ALL started with THIS IS A SCAM!!! I called my credit card company to report what happened. SOMEONE HAS TO STOP THESE CROOKS!!!!
