This was a TV commercial with Bruce Willis, talking about memory loss and Dr. Sinja talking about his father. I have a memory loss and him traveling the world finding this Bee honey And some kind of route to make this special blend the ingredients doesn’t have anything about the honey or any kind of root

My father ordered these from Endurox Prime and I think they charged him for a double order, totaling $995.07. He had 21 unopened bottles so I called to return then since I realized it was most likely a scam. The customer service phone number (302) 618-4094 never connected (just a recording saying you've reached us outside of normal business hours ALL the time) and the emails, like [email protected], weren't real. A few weeks later, I clicked on the links in all his emails and they now just show a 404 page error so I know this is all a scam.

Pills were ordered by phone. 60 days money back quarantee. They were advertised as treating Alzheimer’s which

my husband has but they are mostly caffeine . I returned them on December 4, 2025 and have not received a refund or correspondence. No one answers the phone. They were ordered 11-15-25 using a debit card from our bank.

I ordered the medication Neurocept, it was not what it claimed to be. I’ve been trying to get a refund for six months now. I’m an 85-year-old woman on a fixed income and I feel as if they stole this money from me.

Purchased six bottles Neurocept based on social media advertisement for $312.38 to improve cognitive health based on claimed promotion by Dr. Sanjay Gupta (recognized expert in this field.) Received the six bottles by mail, but at that same time found that the endorsement by Gupta was AI generated and disclaimed by him in a separate UTube notification. Now know that the ScamPulse.com has also reported this scam. We attempted to contact Endurox Prime by phone and email to return the six unopened bottles and get a refund, but they have not responded to our requests.

My grandpa bought $294 worth of a memory assistance pill that was advertised on Facebook by Dr. Gupta (which ended up being an AI video). He then ordered the pills and once they arrived, they had completely different ingredients than what was advertised. He has since tried to return by using the USPS tracking # and reached out to the shared info in which no one has answered. He is now going to try to get his money back and claim this as fraud.

I listened to a presentation online from Dr. Sonjay Gupta anout a product called Neurocept. I listened to the presentation for 45 minutes and was so impressed that I ordered 6 bottles through Pay Pal, who I am contacting immediately. The 6 bottles I received had none of the ingredients advertised on Dr. Gupta's presentation. I am so upset with myself to have allowed this scam group to do this to me and as I've read, many other people. Please let me know what I can do to help catch these very creepy people.

A CNN Dr. recommended health product that turned out to be fraudulent! I tried numerous times to cancel within min. of ordering; but all my msg’s were ignored! I asked PayPal to cancel within min. & PayPal also ignored me!
