I started working with this company doing product reviews for their merchants. This company is sited as a global-full service media agency. Its "goal is to grow brands through reinvention". I invested my money with the assurance that I would get it back after completing the reviews. After working for some time, involving many twists and turns, I have not been able to withdraw funds. The rationale for not being able to withdraw funds has changed, but bottom line I have not received my funds. At present they want me to pay taxes on the funds that I am owed before they release the funds to me. I contacted the IRS and they recommended I NOT pay them anything else. The IRS firmly stated, this is not customary for an employee to pay taxes to a company. Taxes are paid directly to the IRS at the end of the year and the employer takes the taxes out of the earnings. After I told them what the IRS advised, they sent me a message asking me "can you handle tax issues this week?" This company obviously is not functioning according to the law and are not taking this matter seriously on my behalf, I sought legal advice on how to proceed. I reached out to several securities attorneys.
I am also in the process of contacting the FBI, cybersecurity to report this company.
