i believe that this place is a scam job, one reason is that the customers (in usa) are called 10-20 times a day from all different agents to sell them health insurance, but what i got from the customers is that they dont actually get anything, ex. the customer would pay 200-300 a month for health insurance and they would either have no contact with the insurance company, or have a 10000USD deductible this is job claims to pay for commission and bonuses but dont have a clear description on how much transfers you made on your pay stub when i asked the "floor manager" if the job is a scam or not, she literally said that thousands of people do this a day, and also said to look at how much money there is to be made they also have a wrap up time which is how much time you have in between each call and they only pay for 30 minutes, i did the math and the wrap up time is almost impossible to get, i did over 1000 in one day and had a wrap up time of 55 minutes which they deduct 20 minutes from your pay, when i asked about a bit more time since i was new the manager said that 30 minutes is all i get they would also sent you home if you dont meet their insane expectations, and you would be stripped of all your "bonuses" that you made since you need to work a minimum of 38 hours to get your bonuses

The whole place is just a red flag

I'm still currently working for them because they said if I do t stay a full week I won't be paid any of the hours I worked
