I have been looking for a job for a few weeks now, and received an email regarding a Canadian company moving to Orlando, FL and they were in need of an office manager. I have had a few companies that I have not applied for reach out after viewing my resume on various sites, so I noticed the pay and it was local, so decided to take the initial interview. Here is the email:
Dear Candidate,
I'm contacting you to invite you to an interview for the Kobelt Tech Systems' Office Manager vacancy. We are quite impressed by your resume and think you would be a great asset to our company.

What happens that you mobile deposit the check made out to the the victim and this is where the scam begins. A week later the check for $1960 was returned as counterfeit. I made a police report and I am prosecuting the scammer. Please beware of any one who sends checks in your name to your email, text or mail without checking with you back first or credit union.
