Website shows a certain item and description with a guaranteed quality and assured materials. Scammer sends a completely different item in a different color and far more inferior quality. Item is described as leather and orthopedic in quality (sandals). Item advertised as premium in quality and construction. Company shipped (sandals) in composed of plastic, poorly made materials in completely different colors. The items have an offensive odor that makes the item unwearable. This was a classic bait and switch. Fancy ad and pictures on the internet led to my purchase. Then the scammer will not offer a return or refund. Classic scam. The scammer stops communicating.
