I ordered two dresses, the exact same dresses but in different sizes. I chose to do this because they insisted their return policy was free prior to ordering. After ordering, the policy changed. Additionally, two different dresses were shipped. I sent a picture showing how one of the dresses was a mistake and the other I didn’t like the fit at all. They requested pictures of me in the dress and measurements to explain why I didn’t like the dress. I said I didn’t feel comfortable doing that but sent a comparison picture showing how one of the dresses was a clear error on their part, not matching the order. They failed to acknowledge their mistake because if they did, they would have to cover shipping costs. When I stated that I would have my father in law who is an attorney look over the situation, I stopped hearing back from the company.
