I saw an ad of Facebook and I ordered "orthopedic" boots from the website. The website claims to be a business in Charlotte, North Carolina (THIS IS FALSE), the boos arrive several weeks later and they are a cheap knockoff - light-weight polyester and plastic- and 2 sizes too small. I immediately email the vendor and request a return/refund - they offer an exchange. I refuse - this went back and forth about 6 times (a dozen emails) - they NEVER PROVIDE A RETURN ADDRESS. I learn that the business operates out of Mainland China. This is the equivalent of the comic-book "Sea Monkeys" ad: Emery & Jules is a scam outfit
