This website pretends to be a middle aged woman who makes bags. In fact, this is a Chinese company that sells the usually cheap Chinese stuff. When I found this out I complained to the company and was told in three separate emails that 1) my order could be cancelled, 2) my order was cancelled and 3) that the cancellation was successful and that my money would be refunded. I then received another email saying that they couldn't cancel the order. Once I received the goods, I was told I could return them but after three emails I have yet to receive the address for returning the items.
