Ordered wedding favors that were never received. Company hung up when we chased the order and was rude. Had to recall the charge by CC to get this resolved. Company is a SCAM

I made a purchase through Ellas Wedding Favors for personalized shot glasses for my husband's birthday. Everything was great until they never arrived. I tried multiple times to get in touch with Ellas and no one would answer. Their number had since been disconnected. They will no longer respond to emails. I still have no package nor do I have a refund. I contacted Fedex and they said the package was lost. It had reportedly been delivered but if so, it was never to my address. Ellas took my money but never delivered a product.

So I ordered not reading reviews.on an Atlanta based wedding site where the reviews are consistent with mine. . I got the receipt in my email and then realized several days later I had never gotten the email promised that it would ship. When I inquired they said they had cancelled my order because they sent three emails and I did not answer. THERE WERE NO emails from them except the initial order. The order was for my daughter's wedding and of course there was a time crunch. When I asked why they did not call to clarify the order they said they just email and they can't control email. I decided to call and inquire about what happened and where my refund might be since AM EX did not have record of it. The person was rude and hung up on me. I called back from another number ... same thing would not let me speak and hung up and THEN when I called later in the day it was obvious they had blocked my numbers and I got ... this number is no longer in service. WOW... what a way to do business. Is this an Atlanta based company? They need to be reported to the BBB. I did finally get my money back and am SO SO glad they got none of it . It appears to be a scam. I have never had an experience like this. Very disappointing.
