I opened a hospice agency in 2016 and Mr. Troy Lair served as my consultant to submit the necessary documents to the Department of Public Health for a Change Of Ownership (CHOW). I paid the entire amount ($12,500) to speed up the submission process. . Days and months went by and received no calls or email suggesting that the submission was complete. I tried calling, texting and sent numerous emails requesting for a status or update to no avail. I haven't hear from him for 8 years until I received a BLOG from Troy Lair with Elite Accreditation Consultants soliciting business. This prompted me to proceed to warn others that he is on the prowl. Buyer Beware!!

I met and hired Mr. Troy Lair to be my consultant in March 2015 for my start up Hospice Agency. His previous company was Troy Lair and The Compliance Doctor, LLC. As my consultant he was responsible to file the CHOW (Change of Ownership) with the Department of Public Health Services. I demanded proof of the CHOW submission which he failed to provide. I called him and sent him emails to no avail. He sent me threatening texts but never returned my calls. Mr. Lair lied about his qualification and willingness to submit the CHOW. He did nothing for me except take my hard earned money to the sunset. He is not what he claims to be. He is a scammer. Please beware.
