I called Elite Solar Recovery from their online website to gather information regarding cancelling my solar panel contract. After speaking with Kiri Clemence, I told her I would speak with my husband and call her back. When I did and she further explained the process, I told her I was not interested. She texted me back asking if I wanted to speak with her supervisor so he could answer any further questions. When I said no, I received an email with an invoice "for the service provided". I tried calling back and texted (and emailed) that NO SERVICE HAD BEEN PROVIDED AND THAT WE HAD NO CONTRACT. I haven't heard from them since.
