Troy anderson is the owner of las casitas then switched the name to elite enclaves, i was a GC for him but ultimately did not pay me for months so i left. He has also not paid many other trades and took money from clients over a year ago and never did work for them. He owes about $900,000 to people that i have talked to and continues to scam from state to state, i need him to be stopped. He took from us has crumbled our livlihood to the point of selling my vehicle to share my wifes now. He has done this to too many people and it needs to be stopped ASAP he stole $22,000 from a joint account we had together and all the receipts show the proof of it that i printed from the bank.
