Elite E-Commerce FBA Blitz (Skool) offered a paid mentorship with a money-back guarantee. When I requested a refund, Josh, my sales advisor, assured me it would be processed, only to call back 10 minutes later to retract, stating that after his manager's review, he could not process my refund because of an unwritten no-refund policy for the Silver membership, which he insisted I sign up for.
