Elior Group SA (EGSA) Reports & Reviews (1)

- Longview, TX, USA

I had recently been applying for online jobs/remote jobs when the next morning I received a text message from a Ms. Anna Morton at Elior Group SA (EGSA). She stated that my resume had been successfully reviewed online by their recruitment team and selected for the position with them to be interviewed with a pay of $35/hr. I agreed to communicate for further information regarding the job position. She then ask if I could download the Telegram Messenger App for a Chat Agent to contact me through for the next step of a Chat interview. Since never going through a process involving an online or remote position I thought this was just how the process goes. I downloaded the Telegram Messenger App and responded to her that I did but would have to continue with the process later that day, she was very persistent to proceed but I continued to ask about job details and requirements. She responded within seconds with long texts that had to have been copied and pasted. Later that day day I responded that I could schedule and interview the next day since this was well after 5pm, she stated that it is done via chat/text and can be done right away. I agreed and she gave me the contact of Mr. Michael Reuben Faulkner which was one of the hiring managers 1-701-575-0693 or Telegram user name @Faulkereuben and Telegram link http://t.me/Faulkereuben and to send him a message using the code (EGSA-2024) that was my sorting code for the interview. I made contact with him and he responded immediately with greetings and introductions and continued with standard interview questions. He then began to ask questions that were not of a usual nature including did I have credit cards and what were their limits and then what banks did I use and how long have I been with them, for pay processing etc. He then asked me to stay online with the text Telegram app while he forwarded my answers to the other manager to proceed with the next step of interview process if hired. (10-15 mins later) Guess what I am hired. After a few more interviewing questions and telling me about the awesome benefits, he wanted a picture of myself for my employee badge, picture of an area of my home where my mini home office would be set up then a picture of my DL and SS card. I explained that I would not send any sensitive information through a platform such as Telegram which is not secure, I asked if there was a secure email or other options to do that and he said no only Telegram. I stated well I would not send through it and I never carry my SS card on me anyways. He said I can understand the concern and t make you feel more at ease he then sent me a picture of himself, his DL and his SS card. I said well I still won't send mine. He said can you at least send your DL that you have with you, I said no and ended the conversation. So I have a picture of him, his DL and his SS card with states he is a veteran and the signatures do not match was the first thing I noticed. My experience is pretty much identical to the person that reported also.
