Good afternoon bbb I recently purchased two watches from this company Elevio during black friday using their website shopelevio.com I placed my order and never received a tracking number, after much time contacting the company elevio they finally gave me a tracking number but I didn't see any updates so I reached out to the shipping company and found out nothing had ever been sent under that company elevio or my tracking number, I reached out to Elevio to give me a refund since they refuse to provide me with a tracking update or arrival date because the package does not exist and they never sent the watches, they are now refusing to give me a refund or tracking number or any more information and have stopped responding to my emails. Can you please help me get my refund for this purchase. Order number 16139
