I ordered 3 blouses. I received the blouses yesterday. The blouses were shipped from China. The blouses did not match the pictures in their website. Further, the blouses were sized so small they could probably fit a child... a small child! I have asked them to refund my money. No response yet. 5-29-2026.

They show things on their website like a sweater that's supposed to be knit it finally came only I do not know what kind of material it is, it's not knitted it feels maybe like canvas the shirt is supposed to be linen guess again different material again maybe polyester or canvas again. They deal from CHINA she emailed me a order form from her to her contact in China!!! The items from Elevenforest nor Wearshes are true, they are both scams they both deal with China, who should stick with their food not clothing. I am sooo disappointed they are so beautiful on the wrbsite and to see them you cry. Its heart btreaking.

elevenforest IS A COMPANY ADVERTISING, LINEN GOODS. I KNEW IT WAS TO TRUE TO BELIEVE BUT PURCHASED ANYWAY! THE 3 ITEMS PURCHASED AREN'T GOOD ENOUGH FOR GOODWILL!! I CAN'T EVEN DESCRIBE THE MATERIAL!! IT'S HIDEOUS! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT COMPLETELY. AND I'VE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO RETURN AND RECEIVE MY MONIES BACK WITH NO PREVAIL! THEY WANT YOU TO TAKE A 20% 1st. TIME, 30% 2nd. TIME DISCOUNT ON ANOTHER ORDER, LIKE YOU'RE DELUSIONAL OR SOMETHING!! I'M TRULY PISSED OFF AT THERE NOT BEING FAIR AND LETTING ME RETURN THESE ITEMS AND RECEIVING A REFUND!! Purchased blouses with embroidery linen received polyester shiny junk material with stamped smeared color prints! Deceptive advertising. Trying to receive a free return label and full refund to no avail! Run from this company made in China junk elder abuse!

I ordered products that were described as knitted sweaters and the pictures of them on the website looked really nice. I received cheap hoodies with a sweater design badly printed on them. They refuse to refund my money after I've sent multiple emails including pictures of the products I received.

They used false advertising. Pictures of models wearing crocheted, embroidered Aran sweater dress. What I received was a big sweatshirt with printed decoration.

I placed an order, received an email response with the email of [email protected] saying they had received my order and would let me know when it was processed and expected time of delivery. There was an order number as well. The order was placed on January 24th. On January 29th, I still had not heard anything, although my credit card was charged, so I emailed them at [email protected] to say I had not heard that my order had been processed with the order #. I still have not heard anything on Feb. 3rd.

When you check out the site elevenforest.com you will see many knitted sweaters for men and women. All kindles of clothes are sold there. I ordered both men’s and women’s sweaters. When they arrived they weren’t knitted wool sweaters- they were a printed material on a polyester background. They aren’t even cloth, they are smooth. After trying to get a refund via [email protected] they give you the run around. They say “it will take a long time to return to China” and “how a bout a discount for 20%?” They bait and switch their pictures and descriptions on their website and ship out printed copies of a sweater. Big scam! I contacted PayPal about this.

So embarrassing awful. Company says cottage industry in Colorado but return to China. Such infrriorprinted on thin papery cloth. Product was shown as bulky knit. We gave the two to charity. Please close them down. still Advertising plus now offshoot co selling same trash under new name. Targeting mailboxes with phoney ads. Trustpilot reviews of elevenforest shout SCAM loudly

False advertising. Claim to be from Iceland, selling Icelandic products. Merch is poor quality, not as advertised and not worth the money.

I was sent totally the wrong product. I ordered a KNIT SWEATER and was sent a cheap sweatshirt. Second product ordered: size SMALL SWRATSHIRT. I used their sizing chart which said small was 39 inches. I measured 34 in bust so should have fit. I couldn't get it on. Too small!!! I asked for my mobey bach and i would pay return shipping but they "were sorry" and said they'd give me a 20% coupon for more BAD PRODUCTS!?? No way. Dont use this company. I cant find any info about them!

Elevenforest website advertises knit sweaters and dresses. The pictures shown of product are knitted. The two products I received were sweatshirt material with a stamped knit design. Nothing close to what was pictured. I asked for refund and I would return the two items. They sent me an address in China. I would be required to pay all postage and custom fees and still it won't guarantee a refund. Others have had the same experience with this company. I guess I'm going to have to eat this one. I hope this will prevent anyone else from making this mistake.

I ordered 2 sweaters from their website, which looks legitimate. They arrived and are sweatshirts with a "sweater" imprint. Not even wearable. Their website says "sustainable" clothing, and these will go right into the garbage.
When I asked for a refund they offered me a 20% off coupon, and if they are returned I am required to pay the full shipping fee to CHINA. On the packaging it says to return to Los Angeles.
