Victim received letter. Abandoned sum of $26,700,000 for deceased American citizen with same last name of victim. The Scammer claims to be an Administrative manager at a Vault of a Financial & Security Institute in Barcelona.10% to charity 50% to scammer & 40% to beneficiary. The letter goes into great detail about not being able to find any beneficiary & also how the Spanish government will put the unclaimed money in their pocket!!!! The letter also stresses CONFIDENTIALITY!!! The letter also states that due to time difference & confidential reasons that the contact information is the senders husbands.

we received a letter in the mail that started out with the statement: I am Mrs Elena A Morato; I am the Administrative manager at a Vault of a Financial & Security Institute in Barcelona. I am contacting you...about an abandoned sum of 26.7M USD...in our vault. ...I agree that 40% of this money will be for you, 50% for me and 10% goes to ..charity.

I researched on line and see this exact letter (with different names and phone numbers) has been around for years. I just wanted to confirm with others this is obviously a scam.
