The advertisement represented State Farm giving an Emergency Car Charging Kit. I paid through my bank debit card. When I saw the charge of $14.77 and the additional $73.89 on April 1 and 2 which was not what I was to pay. I contacted them at 866 924-5520. The individual I talked indicated the $73.89 was a membership I didn't subscribed to. They provided me with an account reference number KC021 if I needed to call back. I never received my kit. So in the process I called twice. Each time, I indicated I would accept 80% refund of the $73.89 of which I have not received as of this date. Thus, I am wanting some resolve if you are able to assist me.
