I waited almost fourty hours and still no response from the web site. However, I began receiving e-mails from the web site stating that I needed to click the confirm button embedded in the e-mail in order to complete my application. I clicked the button which took me back to the payment options in order to pay the $239.00 fee again.
My banking statements shows that I paid on $239.00 on 11/01/2021 and it cleared my account on 11/02/2021.
I reached out to their customer service and was advise to screenshot of the payment and send via e-mail. I noticed that after I completed the application and paid the fee the e-mail and website information changed from EIN Tax Number changed to http://itin-irs-services.com/
They are also known as Simple Biz Forms, LLC.
I provided the info requested accompanied with a detailed letter of explanation. The response I received was that I had contacted the wrong company and a denial of them providing me their service or having done any business with me online was repeated in three e-mail and that I must be mistaken.
This is the correct online service. This is the only online EIN Tax service I have accessed or used online.
This is a fraudulent online scam who should not be allowed to continue to prey on businesses.
