I did not receive a tax ID, sent in my Social Security number etc, and I was charged $269. Their voice mail box is full and they dont answer their emails.

The website makes it seem like you are on the IRS website, with "irs" in the website name. It charged me for a service to get an EIN from the IRS, which you can do on the IRS website for free. They intentionally mislead people and charge a fee for something you can do for free.

Was redirected to this site when looking to file a new ein. Hadn’t realized it until I completed the purchase. They then charged the card 12 times for $239 each.
