eFax gives a free month subscription before charging you per month for the service. It is impossible to cancel. I was disconnected five times in one day (even after they took down my number to call back in case it happened again, was never called back). Took maybe 20 phone calls to cancel my account, and then the account was still active, and they were still charging me. I made sure to keep reference numbers of the calls and that my account was canceled, but was still charged. STAY AWAY! They will never actually cancel your account; you must block payment on credit card.
