The order from Eettsy.com was for three cross stitch kits including cross stitch fabric, floss, needles, pattern and directions. The fabric was not cross stitch fabric but canvas that had been stamped, the floss was not the appropriate color chart, not cross stitch needles and no pattern and instructions, only a picture. It took almost two months to receive my order. I have followed all instructions for return of kits, jumping through hoops and even sending requested pictures with no resolution as detailed and promised in their policies.
