I applied for a job that was posted for executive assistant for Edifecs. A lady name Anu Sodhi contacted me stating I meet the qualifications and would be invited to an interview. I was told to make a teams profile and then to connect with Violeta Bursuc. After the conversation with Violeta, a man named Daniel Toscano called and after 1 phone call, informed I am the better candidate and would be offered the position. Through email, my offer letter came through and I gave personal information that included phone numbers and listed address for "emergency contact" person. They sent me an email with the check that I print out and upload through my mobile banking. After doing so, I realized the date was wrong and the check itself did not look legit. I finally looked up Edifecs Scam on google and the position that I applied for does not exist.
