I placed an order on the website on May 2nd for a bikini top, bikini bottom, and coverup. After hearing nothing, I followed up via email asking for an update. The next day my order was shipped. But then I got another email saying the bikini top order was cancelled. But I was still charged for the entire order. After multiple emails sent, I received an AI response on 6/17 saying all sales are final. I have attached a screenshot of an email stating my order was "updated" to not include the bikini top, but I was still charged the full amount.
