I answered a craigslist ad for a one bedroom rental in Tucson AZ for December 1, 2018 to February 28, 2019. I was told it was available by Ed Quigley from Ed Quigley Homes I have the cell number and an email address, no business address. , I signed a lease and sent a deposit of $3700.00 via wire transfer to a Wells Fargo Account. Later I was asked to send a further payment of $650 by Western Union to a Shane Hinkle in Oak Harbor, WA 98277, I did not send this money and said I would final pay when I arrived. When I arrived in Tucson there was no rental and no person to contact. I went by the address of the rental a number of times and never found anyone to talk to or to warn them that their property was being used in a scam
