False advertising 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a).

Scooter is advertised several times on home page and compare page for “S5” as 499$, but purchase price is actually 550$. Seller refuses to change website after a month or honor advertisement.

Sent emails requesting information about purchase price and incorrect listing.
