I lost my passport and needed to get one quickly as I'm going out of the country in two weeks. I paid for the passport and also a fee to expedite it with my debit card (which I have now cancelled.) I was told that I would receive a receipt. I never received anything. I then looked it up on the internet again and found that it was a scam. The funds were taken out of my account immediately and my bank is now doing their "investigation." My previous bank would've put the money back while they were doing their investigation. I also tried to call the number and got nothing.
