from the state of WA, the secretary of state business license, and the EIN letter with the number was furnished. They submitted the
application to process payments to their Citizen Bank account number ending with 5***. Additionally, It has come to our attention
that someone has created a merchant account using our organization's Identity and is using it to collect credit card charges fraudulently
under our name. We did not authorize this account, and we are concerned about the potential impact on our reputation and the security of
individuals affected by these unauthorized transactions.
