Type of a scam Business Email Compromise

I Recieved a job offer on the Indeed website. I just lost my job and had been looking for something to support my kids this summer. The HR contacted me Thur email (James Aquirre), told me that my qualifications fit their needs for a junior wrapping specialist and that if I decide to stay after the month that I can move up within the company. Ray French (supervisor) would contact me Thur email or would call every morning asking " How is your day going so far? Or something nice. Would tell me that I would have 3-4 packages during that day. I had to open package wrap what was inside. Usually laptops, IRobot vacuums, xbox ones, espresso makers, etc. Then I repacked it sometimes had to buy stuff to pack the boxes better cause they would be damaged and fed ex would shipp unless it was packed tight. They had me running to USPS, Fedex, and UPS all in same day. They tell me I would be reimbursed for gas and other expenses. I worked the month of July was to be paid $2,800 on 07/29/2016. And gas was $75 and packing supplies $50. I got up this morning and tried to log into the website and it will not let me in they will not answer the phone either. I have 2 kids and a mortgage loan, now I have no money to pay for my mortgage payment.
