Our business receive an unsolicited package and invoice? It was agreed on phone it was an offer to send "free" ink samples and catalogs of office supplies on an unapproved trial.

- Statesboro, GA, USA • May 28, 2026

They called and asked about offering printer supplies. Once they confirmed a contact at the company I work for, the phone was handed off to another scammer. I told them we were not interested in any free samples. We received a pack of knock off ink cartridges and a bill for $460. We will not be paying them and returning the ink to the address it came from.

Called easternworkplacesolutions.com to offer to send sample boxes of office supplies, said I would receive an invoice of $99 but to ignore it. Received the box, very cheap supplies.. never touched them. Received two invoices in the mail for $99, ignored them. Then received calls from (846) 829-8206 asking for a credit card number to make payment. They said the $99 would have been refunded if we returned the supplies within 10 days but we did not.

- Homestead, FL, USA • Mar 03, 2026

our business received a package full of office supplies from EasternWorkplaceSolutions.com that were never ordered as we have our own supplier, Staples. Along with the package was a mailed invoice for the amount of $399.89. The invoice looks very fake as the logo looks to be a photocopy onto a printed invoice. We will not reach out or pay this as it is very evident that it a fraudulent company.
