Type of a scam Rental

I spoke to an individual (Elias Sophia) through Facebook Messenger who claimed to work for a rental agency (EaseHousing found at EaseHousing.org). We spoke for around 2 weeks about me renting an apartment nearby (10 Huron Ave Jersey City NJ); I visited the property, spoke to the building manager who told me the apartments were individually owned so it was plausible, reverse image searched the company website and her profile images, took a virtual tour, and got an official lease to try to confirm the company was real. After deciding it was, I sent the month and a half security deposit ($1800) via Zelle with a confirmation code once it had gone through. Elias sent me a receipt of payment but then immediately requested I send more money because she claimed it hadn't gone through. I refused to send more money and told her I was no longer interested in the apartment and to refund me the deposit as our lease contract stated that I was entitled to full reimbursement should I change my mind prior to move-in. Since then I have been asking her to refund my money and she continues to ask for more. I have filed a report against my bank with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and with the FBI.
