Respected Sir/Madam,

I would like to report a scam involving someone falsely claiming to represent EarthLink support services. The scammer used the phone number 855-755-4767 and promoted a misleading service title "[™save~chat ] How to cancel EarthLink email account?" to gain trust. During the call, they attempted to collect personal information and pressured for payment for fake technical assistance.

This activity appears to be fraudulent and may harm other customers searching for genuine EarthLink support. I request that this number and related scam activity be investigated and appropriate action be taken to prevent further abuse.
