I purchased two pairs of shoes from this company. One pair didn’t fit so I want to return it. The other I was going to keep and wore. After a 20 min walk the copper rivet for “grounding” began to dig into my foot on the right shoe. It’s defective and painful, the other shoe is fine. I submitted a request to return and they have not responded. They have tried to give me the run around via email and are now not responding. I just want to return both pairs and get a refund. They have several reviews testifying to their antics regarding returns. They have multiple email addresses, two of which have bounced back and no replies to the others.
