I advertised for a building contractor to build a deck. He responded. He came to my house, gave me a bid. I paid one third down, he started work, ended up working on day a week then asked for more money even though he had not built anything yet. I paid another third. he then continued not building with excuses then told me he had financial problems. I paid him the rest so he would have the funds to go ahead and complete the deck but he never built the deck and quit coming by once he had the money.

I have been contacted by two different people where he did the same thing. We are all trying to file charges for fraud. He has ScamPulse.com on his business card but on the ScamPulse.com site It says he is not accredited with BBB. He owes me $8,000. I am a senior citizen and widowed.
