I ordered online to "try", a one-time purchase, no authorization for sending more product, Simpli ACV + Keto (5 Bottles) in July of 2022. Approx a month later, I received 5 more bottles that I did not authorize, yet my card was charged. I called disputing the order and they said to mail the product back for a refund. I did so with an RA # (return authorization number). I was then to receive my refund. I waited and waited. In the beginning of Oct 2022, I called and Briggs said they had problem crediting my credit card, so they would issue a check. At the end of Oct 2022, I called again looking for the check and Steven said their accounting department was running behind.
Mid Dec 2022, Zellie said the check was being processed and I would see it soon.
Mid Jan 2023, Mariah said the check was being processed and I would see it soon.
Mid Feb 2023, Meri said the check was being processed and I would see it soon.
You can see the pattern here and I'm sure like yourselves, MORE than frustrated!
Mid April 2023, I am flaming mad and I get the same run-around. Having spoke to Meri again, she assured me I would see the check soon.
Jun 2023, I'm irate and Sryli keeps calm while I share my long story. I asked to speak to a supervisor, I asked to be transferred to Accounting, I asked to rightfully get my refund...it's now Mid-Aug 2023 and calling today, the recorded message starts midway of the recording and disconnects in seconds. Multiple tries calling and each try is a disconnet.
This whole time as well, the email addresses that I was given, every single one bounced back as undeliverable.
I have a total lack of faith with online commerce outside of the the related online name brand stores/commerce we all know, love and trust.
I won't venture out following media promotions!

I noticed a charge on my CC from somewhere called "Get Trim Life" and immediately called the CC company. They issued me a new card. 3 days later I received a FedEx pkg from Eagle E-Commerce Group containing 3 bottles of ACV gummies (I had no idea what was in the pkg until I opened it). I called the 800# but they told me that since I disputed the claim with my CC company they couldn't discuss my acct. They advised me to have a 3 way call with the bank so that I could reverse the disputer and they discuss my "account". I told them that wouldn't happen and I wanted to send the items back. She told me that because I had disputed the charges they couldn't discuss the matter and I had to keep them. When I asked how long I had to keep them before throwing them away she told me, "they can't touch my record due to conflict caused by dispute by credit card company".

I received 5 bottles of ACV gummies, unauthorized and a charge on my credit card. Invoice states $0 for shipping, total of $199.99 but my card shows $211.99. I was able to get to a customer service rep fairly quickly at 1-800-463-5379, if that helps anybody else. When I questioned the rep numerous times where the order was placed to get no straight answer. I was told that I was charged for shipping, despite the invoice stating $00 and the same BS run-around. I was also eventually given a return authorization number and cancellation of membership number, with assurances I'd get the full $211.99 back upon receiving the unopened bottles. Time will tell. I hope this helps somebody else!

I was charged caught on CC reported. I did not order anything had no idea for what. I received 3 bottles of "cbd" wit information. I called company they said I ordered them charged me 170.00 I opened 1 bottle it was one large melted mess. I told her and she said sorry nothing she could do because it was opened. I ask how was I to know unless I opened it get it x rayed before I open? She said I should go to a Doctor and get his advice.

They keep sending me and charging for the Simply ACV gummies. They make me sick. they never respond. I have emailed over and over the support email and they do not respond. This is absolutely awful to not even respond. I just want to stop the order and send back the unopened bottles. This is such a scam and if you read the others they are doing this to elderly people as well.

Got an unsolicited unordered product in the mail for me mom containing 5 bottles of ACV+KETO gummies. My mom never ordered these. She is elderly and never uses products like these. Called the company immediately and they actually tried to bargain with us. They refused to reverse the $199.99 charge and said oh how about we give you $59 back? We told them repeatedly that we never ordered these and how did they get our credit card info. They hung up on us and we called the bank immediately. Reported the scam company and they reversed the charge and sending a new credit card. Shame on this company

I did not order these items "Simpli-5pack" for $199.99. The 800 number for the company does not work. I e-mailed with all the information from the "Order Form" provided with the items - no response to my e-mail. Do not order anything from this company.

On August 19, 2022, I received unsolicited, unordered product sent via FedEx. Product was 5 bottles of Simpli Health ACV Gummies plus one bottle of something called Cleanse. At first I was going to ignore the included “invoice” since I did not order this product, or any other, from this company. But when I checked online re: scams this company popped up with a pattern exactly matching what had happened to me.

I checked my July 2022 credit card statement and found I had been charged two unauthorized charges, one of $49.99 and one of $199.99. I immediately contacted my cc company. They immediately reversed the smaller charge and put the larger one into their review queue. Also they cancelled my card and are sending me a new one. My story is identical to others here.
Scam from online purchases that I never made.

This entire company is a scam. I never authorized a purchase or a subscription and keep getting charged for items never bought. Customer service is no help and doesn’t listen to me when I say this was not authorized. I asked for a manager or supervisor many times and the representative just repeated themselves that per their terms I agreed to pay for the product (false). This is a scam.

1) I would never spend this amount of money on something like this, which works out to about $1.00 per capsule.

2) Even if I did order this, I would surely remember spending that much money on it.

3) I have no idea how this company got my cc number, or my address.

4) Every time I phone the numbers, I get a vague canned “thank you for calling” and am put on hold. Nothing to identify the company or whom I have reached.

5) I am concerned this company will also be also attempting some sort of “recurring charge” or “restocking fee.”

I purchased a promotion from Eagle E-Commerce Group. They sell health products. I bought 5 bottles of Eagle Hemp CBD Gummies, 750 MG / 25 MG per gummy, 30 count per bottle for $99.00.

I DID NOT AUTHORIZE to be put on a monthly mailing list. I called last month when I was mailed 5 bottles and again Today when I received a other 5 bottles. I haven't even finished the first 5 bottles I ordered, so why would I want to receive 5 additional bottles per month?

I called last month and discussed this with a customer rep. who said they would take me off the monthly list to receive the product.

Today I called and talked to another customer rep who told me I WAS on the monthly subscription. I told her to change it immediately and take the charge off my VISA. I assume she didn't like that b/c suddenly the line went dead.

I'd appreciate any help getting my money credited to my VISA for the 2 orders I did not sign up for.

I responded to an online ad for these gummies for $39.99. My credit card was charged $199.00 and 5 bottles were shipped to me even though i left several voicemail messages to cancel the order immediately and do not ship. Eagle Hemp Products disregarded my instructions and never returned my call. I returned the product unopened via FedEx. I called again to get the status of my refund and was then told there would be a $10 per bottle warehouse restocking fee. I have yet to be refunded and in the end will pay this company $50.

This clearly is fraud and this company should be held accountable.

I was researching weight loss diet pills and came across the link saying all the sharks on shark tank wanted to join in and it was advertised on all these news shows and the website saying you can lose up to 30lbs in one month. So I ordered 1 bottle that came to $69.99 after tax and received it and then later finding out it is a scam. There are mult fake adds for this product as well being sold on Amazon under the name Trim Life Labs "keto". I have not contacted the company because I can see now it's such a large scam I won't get my money back.
